Oxford can be easily reached from London Heathrow (closest) or London Gatwick airports. There is an airline bus service directly from Heathrow or Gatwick airports to Oxford.
Rail travel
Oxford train station (OXF) in central Oxford is approximately a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride to the conference venue.
Note: Oxford Parkway (OXP) train station is on the outskirts of Oxford, but you can park and take either the train, bus or taxi into central Oxford from here. Make sure you use the correct car parking code (eg with the Ringo app) to avoid a parking fine, the bus and train are separate car parks!
Car travel
Please note, traffic is usually bad, and parking in Oxford centre is very limited and expensive! We recommend you use the Park and Ride service where you can park on the outskirts of Oxford and get the bus to the city centre.
Alternatively, there is public parking on St Giles (street) or in Gloucester Green and Worcester Street car parks, with all options being approximately a 20 minute walk from the conference venue. Further information on parking in Oxford can be found here.
